How long does shipping take?

​

We ship from Northern Delaware. Processing time averages 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping is 7-10 business days and Priority Shipping is 1-3 business days.

My package was never delivered. Now what?

​

After an item has shipped, we will send an email confirmation including the USPS tracking number. La Bella Bleu is not responsible for any orders lost in transport or responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transport via USPS. In the unforeseen event that your package was lost, you will need to contact your nearest USPS and provide the tracking number that was sent to you by email. We cannot refund you for the lost of packages.

Is there a Size Chart?

​

No. La Bella Bleu does not have a size chart because we carry items from various vendors with different measurements. Nevertheless we do try to specify whether the item runs relatively smaller/larger, or if it is true to size. Please take the time to read all descriptions before purchasing items.

I received a defective item. What is the next step to take?

​

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit of any kind. Please be sure to contact us directly by email at shoplabellableu@gmail.com with your order number and a member of our La Bella Bleu customer service team will get back to you within 1-3 business days.

How do I track my order?

​

Once your item(s) have been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with a USPS tracking number. Use the tracking number to follow the location of your items.

Unfortunately, orders may not be changed, modified, or canceled after Checkout.

Aww we are sorry to see you go! You can unsubscribe from our mailing list, by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of emails.

How can I calculate my shipping costs?

​

Here at La Bella Bleu, our shipping costs are a Flat Rate. Standard Shipping costs $6.00 and Priority Shipping costs $9.00.
