Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for your interest in shopping with us! If you are unsure and have any questions before purchasing, you can always email us at email@example.com. The ultimate goal is to serve and honor our Bella Beauties. So if you're unsatisfied, then we're unsatisfied.
We will happily accept the eligible returned item(s) in its original condition, unworn, unwashed (free of any stains including makeup, deodorant, or wear), and undamaged within 20 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange after 20 days.
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit of any kind.
Orders may not be changed, modified, or canceled after Checkout.
All items marked 'Final Sale' in the product description cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items, Jewelry, and Accessories are Final Sale. No Returns or Exchanges will be issued.
Here's how it works:
1. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
2. A member of our La Bella Bleu customer service team will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
3. The funds will be refunded or an exchange can be honored within 20 days of your delivery. Once your returned package has been received and approved, please allow 7-14 business days for your return to process.
*Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. La Bella Bleu does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee of 50% will be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost mail.
